A rich landlord built this colonial style house in 1878. Still are well preserved original doors, windows, roofs and floors imported from Turkey at the beginings of the twentieth century. From the rooms there is access to a central yard; rooms are in Art Deco and Colonial style respectively. Both rooms are provided with air conditioning, roof vents, own sinks, fridge, TV set. The bathroom is intercalated between rooms (shower, hot water). Also there is a vestibule, small hall, hall, dining room and a corridor surrounding the central yard, decorated with ornamental plants and tropical birds. There you can find tables and chairs for sun bathing or even order breakfast or meals.
